Well anyway, if you're not new to this website you may have noticed that the theme and background colour has changed from royal blue (one of my favorite colours) to white. I was at Blandford library and I needed to go on the computer to read an important email - after doing so, I had about 27 minutes left, from the generous half hour (sarcasm) that library users over 18 have been allocated by Dorset County Council to use a computer and then anything over that time span costs.
So anyway I thought I may as well pay The Blandford Buzz a visit - when I got to this site I was dismayed at how dark and almost heavy and oppressive looking the blue background appeared to be, in fact you know sometimes you can see a hue of another colour in a particular colour, well in this case I felt that there was a very slight greyish tinge mingled in with the royal blue. In neurotic haste I immediately logged off the library computer and virtually power walked my way back home, obviously I was a person with a mission though at that point with my electrifying determination probably vibing to the extreme, I may have been confused for a freaked out, well freak...
So here as you can see dear reader, that The Blandford Buzz has gone white, as reading script on a white background is definitely easier on the eye but in a few various places on this site, some of the colours used for fonts now look insufficient and rather ridiculous particularly any yellow text on the now white background - it worked fine on the blue but now it looks odd, unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to correct this without changing the order of the blog posts which I am loathe to do. At least though the red, white and blue theme has just about been retained, not particularly due to any nationalist stupid (now non existent) rule Britannia colonialist commonwealth nonsense - but because The Blandford Buzz has a quiet pride in being British as the UK is so tolerant in many different ways and it's that which makes Britain great !
