Blandford Does Halloween @ Night - 2012

I have to get a good nights sleep tonight because I have a job interview tomorrow, so I wont be staying up    to watch Halloween, Freddie versus Jason, Amityville or any other All Hallows Eve appropriate movie, so I  ventured into Blandford town centre at about 18.30hrs, it was dark though as the clocks went back on Sunday. I snapped a few photos in the dark on my humble and now quite outdated Canon PowerShot A470 digital camera and even though it has night snapshot on it, its quality isn't that great, so I'd better start saving for a higher quality camera.

There weren't many trick or treaters and Halloweeners out and about when I went into town, the place seemed like a bit of a ghost town! Maybe I was out too early or perhaps it was the rain that deterred people or of course they may just have wanted to lock themselves up in their own homes for the night until the dreaded day & night of the witch had been and gone. I hope you like the very few pictures I managed to take in the dark and wet weather that visited Blandford on Halloween 2012...

These 3 kids are taking their trick or treating very seriously
  their mum was standing nearby

A trail of kids trick or treating
What is this? It's scary honest!

A stomach turning (plastic) decapitated hand and green spider
  A pumpkin and skulls, yikes!

Now this  All Hallows pumpkin really does give me the heebie jeebies
And another one but not so clear
These 3 guys are from Hungary
and are living and working in Blandford
so the Blandford Buzz would like to warmly welcome
these European fellows who have got the Halloween look
down to a "t" or should that be an "h"?
A family out together on All Hallows Eve
  A Halloween Offering!
