It's a shame yesterday's snow didn't settle for long, I was hoping that it would snow very heavily and that the snow would remain throughout Monday, so I wouldn't have to go to court tomorrow and thus endure having to sit in front of a seemingly arrogant and cantankerous judge who is so concerned with procedure that he appears to have forgotten about JUSTICE. Furthermore the judge, at the moment, wont let my appeal go through and has instead ordered a directions hearing - probably in an attempt to conceal his shoddy case management.
Well anyway the directions hearing will last a measly half hour - it will take me at least 30 minutes to give the judge (who seems to take delight in wasting my time) a piece of my mind ! Having said that, I'd better be careful because late last year a Blandford taxi man told me he'd had to go to court, for slightly exceeding the driving limit - and so he argued with the judge and told him he was wrong to fine him, the taxi man then said the judge immediately doubled the fine, so I've been warned ! My eldest teenager will be in the court room with me tomorrow, though we'll be a bit outnumbered - two against four, mind you none of the four own or drive a truck but I call them the four truckers...
