I have just visited the Job Seekers Direct website this morning and clicked on the relevant boxes, so that jobs in the Blandford Forum area would show in the sites search results - this following job advertisement caught my eye...

You must have previous reception experience, got me thinking about the fact that this inadvertently by default actually excludes young school leavers and their slightly elder counterparts, from ages 16 to about 18 and probably even up to the age of 20, 21 from even being able to apply for this job and any such job that insists on experience.
